White Cliffs Senior Living

Natural Warmth

Moving into assisted living can often feel isolating, but at White Cliffs, it’s designed to be an inviting, community-oriented experience. Located in Kingman, along historic Route 66 and near the Mojave Desert, the site was ideal for Link Senior Development’s vision to create a distinct senior living area. Before White Cliffs, Kingman had limited options for senior housing—today, it offers a welcoming, hospitality-inspired 107-unit assisted living and memory care community. Drawing from the rich desert environment and local cultures, White Cliffs embodies the warmth and beauty of its surroundings. With a design that blends Spanish Revival and Mission styles, the community offers a soothing and welcoming atmosphere. Traditional kiva-style fireplaces, earthy pigments, and natural materials like stucco, hand-hewn wood beams, and clay tiles seamlessly connect the indoors with the desert landscape, honoring the region’s diverse cultural heritage. The color palette of warm whites, terra cottas, adobe clays, and organic pigments enhances the calming environment. From the moment residents and visitors arrive, White Cliffs feels like home. The hacienda-style lobby, with its traditional kiva fireplace, box-beam ceilings, and rustic wood trim, serves as a shared living room. Adjacent, a bright library with arched windows floods the space with natural light, creating a tranquil place for relaxation. Beyond the lobby, the building offers a bistro, barber shop, fitness room, movie theater, and game room—further enriching the hospitality-focused environment. A full-service kitchen links both buildings, with dining rooms offering communal spaces for residents to gather. In the memory care building, interactive artwork and activity rooms encourage engagement, while a private courtyard and abundant natural light create a peaceful retreat for residents. White Cliffs is a timeless, thoughtfully designed community that integrates its surroundings, offering residents a resort-like experience that feels like a natural extension of their lives. The design, intentional in its simplicity, highlights the special moments that make senior living both beautiful and meaningful.
