Murano Senior Living

Retirement Reinvented

Inspired by art’s power to connect, the 24-story Murano Tower brings contemporary senior living to Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood. Designed to promote social interaction, the building features post-modernist touches and salon-style art installations influenced by the nearby Frye Art Museum. Vibrant finishes complement classical and contemporary works of art on every floor, sparking curiosity and conversation. With flexible common spaces and living arrangements, Murano meets a broad range of needs. Its central location near transit and walkable amenities encourages residents to engage with the city and community. Art is central to Murano’s design, creating a space that fosters personal expression. Distinct "framed experiences" throughout the building, including immersive corridors with pops of color from commissioned art and finishes, elevate the environment. A commissioned digital mural of Seattle in the Card/Bridge Room anchors the tower to its location, while the Art Studio features custom illustrations of local landmarks. The building’s color schemes and curated art masterpieces create an interactive opportunity for residents to engage with classic art. Gathering spaces near the elevators reduce walking distances and encourage socializing, making the building easy to navigate and promoting community. Colors throughout the building reflect the Pacific Northwest’s natural palette, complemented by expansive windows offering sweeping views and plenty of daylight. Signature lighting enhances the upscale, inviting atmosphere. Murano Tower combines art, community, and thoughtful design, enriching the lives of its residents.
