True to the mission of Prometheus, Montrose is the antidote to impassive residential design, starting with a playful 15x30-foot wall that greets residents with the branded environmental graphic “Welcome Home” as they pull into the parking garage. Vibrant colors, strong geometric forms, and branded artistic murals enliven the interior, and textured walls add an artful vibe. We balanced playfulness with rich, sophisticated finishes of concrete, wood, tile, and glass that reflect the meaningful professional journey each of the residents have embarked on. As a fresh interpretation of Prometheus’ signature brand DNA, the interiors of Montrose are centered around shared community amenities where residents can meaningfully connect. An indoor-outdoor fireplace between an interior lounge and outdoor pool gives the space its signature mark of California living, and the clubhouse beyond is the perfect space to catch up with a neighbor over a cocktail or host a private pool party. A rooftop deck is a culmination of the signature community spaces. Residents have panoramic views over the city when grilling at the built-in BBQ station or sitting around the fire pit.
