I value personal integrity above all else.
I realized that I wanted to be an Architect after meeting architecture students at the University of Oregon and seeing how excited they were about what they were working on. This prompted me to take an introductory class and I was hooked.
Ideally, with a bike ride into the office.
I am a car nut, especially older cars and beaters.
I love problem solving of all kinds but especially figuring out the 3 dimensional aspects of buildings. When I work on building design, I enter a state of flow that is intoxicating and will work into the early morning hours because I can’t put it down.
I can live anywhere and choose Portland. This is where I was born and I have never ever wanted to live elsewhere. But Copenhagen is pretty cool!
