Aspect

Movement and Connection

Working in tandem to deliver hospitality-inspired interiors, signage, environmental graphics, wayfinding, and interactive digital across the ground floor lobby, amenity lounge, conference center, fitness center, and bike storage of Aspect, our interior design and brand teams created an experience that feels immersive, modern, and alive. It's a story of transformation, from an under-utilized retail space to a new standard in Class-A office amenities. We reimagined Aspect through the concept of biological neural networks, a metaphor for interconnectedness, movement, and the sparks that power creative thought. From the moment visitors enter, the space expresses connection. Gold and brass graphical highlights act as sparks, intersecting lines suggest relationships, and organic forms are pushed into a circuit-board-inspired language that blends nature with digital technology. Custom drawings, painting, and composite pieces add depth, emotion, and richness, reinforcing the idea that we live as independent people who are also deeply interconnected. Throughout the experience, every branded and design element is in motion: the exterior art shifts with the viewer, interior graphics shimmer in gold, inspirational messaging works in concert with lighting, and the digital Cube at the center comes alive with sound, inviting interaction, camaraderie, relaxation, and return visits. The Cube is the project’s defining feature. When SteelWave envisioned a four-sided array of 172” screens above the bar, we saw an opportunity to explore generative content that could respond to the energy of the room, collaborating with German artist and designer Patrik Huebner to bring the installation to life. Now abstracted digital forms dance across the four screens, shifting as sound rises and falls. Bold yet intimate, flexible and high-tech yet designed for connection, Aspect’s lounge gives people what they can’t get in their tenant suites. It’s an amenity experience built to support creativity and be unforgettable.
